Empathy it's not showing the contact list but it's working. I do receive
IM from friends and I can reply, however the contact list is blank.

As you will in the attached screenshot the contact list is blank but a
contact is talking to me

Bug description:
Empathy it's not showing the contact list but it's working. I do
