Title:
Ubuntu Software Center shouldn't make launchers for all aplications

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Some applications should be in launcher when installed, but some
others shouldn't. For example, when I installed Gnome Shell, I got
icon on launcher for Gnome Shell (with a question mark), that,
normally, didn't start Gnome Shell. This icon shouldn't appear there
  in the first place.
