Hello Thibault, and thank you for your report. I cannot reproduce this
issue in the most recent version of Ubuntu Software Center in Precise.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, the application "Lekhonee
Gnome" appears just once in the search view. Note that the release day
for Precise is tomorrow. I'll mark this one as fix released.
