thanks, closing the bug, the transitions depends of what is described in
the xml, i.e it's a background slideshow issue not a bug in nautilus

Time-change background leads to launcher and background color mismatch

Bug description:
I have my background set to the one that changes throughout the day,
but when it becomes time to change the background, the launcher
changes, but the background doesn't. This is especially weird because
it triggers Appearance to crash when I launch it the first time. I
would expect the background to change, but it doesn't.
