Activating spread or workspace switcher after changing wallpaper shows
the previous background instead of the new one

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
Fresh install of Oneiric;
Open the appearance setting and choose any wallpaper different than the
default one;
Press Super+S or Super+W to open spread or workspace switcher;
Notice that the previous wallpaper is shown instead of the newly selected one;
Closing the spread or choosing a workspace restores the correct wallpaper;
Reboot and open spread or switcher, notice that it works fine now;
Choose another wallpaper and the problem will show up again.
