Bug description:
SRU testcase
1. install xchat
2. see its icon in the dash looks broken
3. now install unity from precise-proposed
4. see the icon is we scaled and not broken
Some icons in the dash (coming from lens results) are not scaled properly -
this happens only with some non rectangular icons, where the icon loader
returns an icon with height != 64, some icons are cropped, others are too
small. Looks like there's inversion of logic in the scaling algorithm.
