Title:
Clicking on the quicklist application title doesn't initiate the
spread when needed

Bug description:
1) Open two terminal windows
2) Open a gedit window
3) Open the terminal launcher quicklist and click in the application title
item
Expected results:
4) On first click over the quicklist item a terminal window should be
focused (works)
5) doing again what said at point 3) should initiate the spread for the
terminal windows (does not work!)
