Bug description:
Ubuntu Software Center 5.1.14.1
1. Switch to a guest session.
2. Launch Ubuntu Software Center.
3. Click "Turn On Recommendations".
4. In the SSO dialog, click "Cancel".
5. From the "View" menu, choose "Turn On Recommendations", and wait five
minutes.
What happens:
3. A sign-in dialog appears.
4. The "Recommended For You" box disappears.
5. Nothing.
What should happen: either
3. a sign-in dialog does not appear (bug 967064); or
4. The "Recommended For You" box returns to its original state; or
5. The "Recommended For You" box reappears, and so does the sign-in dialog.
