non-grey panel tray icon disappear

Bug description:
I found recently that non-grey icons in panel tray( like opera's,
workrave's, easystroke's tray icon) sometimes disappear for no reason
suddenly in Ubuntu 12.04, and meanwhile the application still runs
fine. Grey icon like dropbox's still appear properly.
Afterwards if I restart the application, the tray icon is shown finely
again.
In addition I changed setting in dconf to set all icons appear at the
tray.
I found when you switch desktops with ctrl+alt+arrows , the disappeared icons
appear at the time of switch instantly.
