Dragging applications from dash to launcher works only on leftmost
screen

Bug description:
For a while now I've been wondering why I can't drag applications from
dash to launcher. Today I figured out that I had to do it on the
secondary (leftmost) screen for drag&drop to work.
Steps to reproduce:
1. set up 2 screens in a side by side configuration
2. open dasher in right screen
3. drag an application to launcher
If the same is done on the left screen, application is added to the
launcher.
