I really feel like this is a pretty core piece of functionality for a word processor. As such this should really work "out of the box" as it were. Should this bug be filed against the installer for not providing the appropriate localization packages to make this feature work?

Expected: to have spell checker check spelling. Result: Spell check window appears with modal dialog stating "The spellcheck is complete".
