How can I create a custom shortcut for launching a terminal in GNOME Shell and 12.04? Unfortunately, GNOME Shell now uses gsettings keyboard shortcuts so GNOME Shell ignores keyboard shortcut changes that get entered into System Settings>Keyboard>Shortcuts.
