Crash reports post-release are not sent to Launchpad. Leaving the
"report problem" box ticked and dismissing the dialog is all you have to
do for the crash to be submitted. There will not be any further user
interaction.

  crash reporter doesn't work

Status in “apport” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 (LTS). I would like to report application
  crashs to Canonical and the Ubuntu team. The reports of the first two
  crashes were succesfull send to Launchpad. But now when I click on
  "Continue" at the crash reporter dialog no firefox tab opens anymore.
