Importance -> Low due to easy work-around.

** Description changed:

I am working on a word document which has mixed page orientation and
when I scroll down to the landscape page (most of it is in portrait),
the scrolling becomes laggy and inputs from the keyboard are delayed by
seconds and it becomes almost unusable. When I get to the portrait part
of the document it is fine again. The same document worked fine on 10.10
on my netbook, using LO installed from a PPA.
+
+ WORKAROUND: I went into the LO options and found the memory tab and
+ increased them all significantly from default.
