Public bug reported:

I checked various man pages in the network-manger package and none document
overriding the new dnsmasq caching server.

stgraber 2011-12-13:
 - After discussion with mdeslaur, we'll still turn on dnsmasq by
default in Network Manager but document how to turn it off (comment
the dns= line in /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf).

Better still would be to include hooks to allow a dhcp administrator to
override clients using dnsmasq.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
