It seems that this bug was filed on Ubuntu 10.10. It should be
noted that this version of Ubuntu is no longer supported, and
using a more recent version of Ubuntu is strongly recommended.
If you experience any problems in the latest release of the
Software Center which ships in Ubuntu 12.04, please do
continue to report new bugs.

When install/remove package from Ubuntu Software Center/console, it give the
following error:-

Had tried the following commands but doesn't resolve:-
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo dpkg --configure -a
