Cannot make purchase in Ubuntu Software Center

Bug description:
When I click "buy" next to a title for purchase, "connecting to
payment service" is display momentarily. Afterward, I'm taken to a
screen with an orange Ubuntu Pay banner, a navbar with my username and
a logout option, and a screen that says:
Lost something?
There's no page with this address in Ubuntu Pay. Check that you entered the
address correctly and try again.

If I click "logout", I'm then taken to a screen of "Your payment
history" and "Recently active subscriptions", among other text, but no
items listed.
If I return to the "items available for purchase" in the Software
Center and click "buy" again, I'm returned to the "Lost something?"
screen.
Expected behavior:
I'm taken to a screen that allows me to give Ubuntu my money!
