bugs reported by apport missing essential information

Bug description:
Recently I started noticing that some bugs reported by apport are
missing essential information. From what I have seen all of them
contain python tracebacks but are missing fields like SourcePackage,
DistroRelease and Package.
Examples include:
bug 942439 - missing the three fields listed above and UserGroups seems blank
and Dependencies.txt
bug 942888 - Dependencies is truncated and missing the three listed above
bug 940800 - UserGroups is blank and the three above
I imagine all of these are from Precise users but with the missing
information it is hard to tell.
