Title: Automatic Flash Plugin install fails Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: Recreate the bug: 1. Go to a site that contains a flash object 2. Click on the placeholder that reads "click here to download plugin" A wizard pops up. 3. Wait for progress bar. Wizard says "The following plugins are available: Macromedia Flash Player.". Click Next. 4. Agree to the EULA 5. Progress Bar says "Firefox is installing Plugins". First it downloads the plugin. No problems. Then it tries to install the downloaded plugin. 6. Wizard says: "No plugins were installed. Macromedia Flash Player failed."
