Title:
If an application is minimized in a workspace that is on top or below
the current one, clicking on its icon in the dock will not bring the
  user to the correct workspace

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unity

If you minimize a window, then switch to a different workspace,
clicking on the application's icon in the dock should "unminimize" the
window and automatically move the user to the workspace in which the
application was minimized. This usually works in Ubuntu 11,04.
However, if you minimize a window (that was previously maximized),
then move to a workspace that is on top or below the current one and
click on the application's icon in the dock, the window will
"unminimize", but you will not automatically move to the correct
workspace. This bug doesn't happen if the minimized window is in a
workspace to the left or to the right of the current one. I should
also say that this happens with the default setting for workspaces
  (2x2).
