Log in to an account that uses an RTL language, e.g. Arabic. 2. Launch USC. 3. Open the "All Software" menu or the "Installed" menu. What you see: The left edge of the menu is lined up with the left edge of the button. What you should see: The right edge of the menu is lined up with the right edge of the button. Unity menus currently open LTR even in RTL, so use Synaptic or LibreOffice as a reference if you get disoriented.
