Un-check "Available to all users" has made it easier somehow because
now, ONLY ONE Popup ( Wireless Network Authentication Required -
Authentication required by wireless network) will show up upon any
interruption or disconnection in the Wifi Signal and you just need to
click "Connect", no need to re-type your Wireless Security Password
since it's saved and no need to type your admin password since that
popup (System policy prevents modification of network settings for all
users) will not appear.

So, in order NOT to type the admin password, you just need to un-check
"Available to all users" and that's it?

@Mathieu
Is that what do you mean by: "There's no bug there" at commend #4 ???

Thank you!

P.S.
I think that makes some sense to me now!
