** Description changed:

  System Settings -> Keyboard produces a non-resizeable window, which
  isn't very nice when viewing the long list of keyboard shortcut.
  
  It is certainly consistent with coming from System Settings that the
  window isn't resizeable, and, indeed, moving among settings panes
  changes the window size.  But not letting me change the window size,
  too, is quite annoying.  (Not you, O gentle reader of this bug, but the
  window that is annoying. ;-)
