Title:
  Rewinding videos can cause breakage

Status in Exploration of Ubuntu on a Smart TV:
  New
Status in “gstreamer0.10” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
While watching a video using the rewind option can cause the video to
stop playing. This is almost universal but I can provide some sample
  videos if required.

Sometimes it's enough to stop all videos playing and the shell needs
to be restarted to get video playback working again.

Suspect this is a GStreamer issue.
