Aurora 14.0a2 (2012-05-06) crashed, no 'restore previous session'
option on nest opening

Bug description:
I assume from the apport info, that this auto-bugreport is referencing
the crash. I had merely clicked on another open window (gedit) and -
zip - Firefox vanished. Upon re-opening FF (no auto-restart) I went
to history dropdown hoping to 'restore previous session' but that
option is grayed-out. Additionally, right-clicking on any entry in
the history list did not produce regular option menu, but instead the
menu for the 'Vertical Toolbar' addon I have installed... should I
assume that bug is a problem in the addon? (awaiting restart for it
to be disabled)
