msn avatar not accepted

Bug description:
Binary package hint: empathy
MSN avatar is just not accepted.
Full description:
1. Initial status: no avatar is displayed.
2. I go to Edit -> Personal Information.
3. I click on the avatar icon, and another window is opened to browse
for picture.
4. I browse to and select an image wanted for avatar and the image is
displayed in the Personal Information window.
5. I press Close.
6. No avatar is set, and when I go back to Personal Information
window, the previously selected image is gone.
