Gnome Fallback Ugly theme bugs with compiz enabled

Bug description:
If you install gnome-session-fallback, and select the gnome session at
login there are some very noticeable themeing issues. The applications
and places menu text are the wrong color, and the window list buttons
are the wrong color.
Note that these issues do not exist in gnome session (no effects).
They are only present with compiz enabled.
