These are 3 bugs that are occurring on my Dell Inspiron n5110 notebook
which I believe are related to each other somehow.

Just to make it clear I'm currently running Ubuntu 12.04 from an USB
live session.

1st) I can't switch monitor output mode using default shortcut keys
Fn+F1. Switching them through Displays option available on System
Settings work as expected though.

2nd) Shortcut keys for enabling and disabling touchpad (Fn+F3) are
actually working but there's this little led light on my notebook that
indicates when touchpad is disabled. It works on Windows 7 when I hit
those keys they will turn on the little orange led light upon disabling
the touchpad, however I have not yet tested this behavior on another
linux distro, or any other Windows version for that matter.

3rd) HDMI will always mess up with LightDM display resolution when I
boot Ubuntu with HDMI cable connected. Resolution is fine when I boot
Ubuntu without HDMI cable connected. However when HDMI cable is
connected to the port LightDM will output a "squared" resolution which
is no good neither on laptop's main display nor on my widescreen TV.
Actually Ubuntu just outputs a mirrored setup for both monitors.

Thank you in advance.
