For me the keys are working. The issue is that it does not cycle through
all of the windows. Only the previous window is available. If you have
more than two windows opens they will have an icon in the popup, but you
can not get to them. You can only cycle between window #1 and #2.

Even worse, when cycling back to window #1, it is not outlined, and the
popup dissapears. It is very confusing. It sort of makes sense in that
you are back to an unchanged state, but that is not what Alt-tab does.
Alt-tab will outline window #1 and leave the popup until the Alt key is
released, so I expected Alt-` to do the same.

  When pressing Alt+tilde it's supposed to change between the windows of
  the same application. However it does not do it if there are more than

  Oneiric and Precise.
