markup needs escaping
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Error: Software center generates markup error and does not display
"Updates" field
Steps to replicate:
1) launch SC from terminal
2) search "system-config-date"
3) open the result by clicking "More"
4) note incorrect "Updates" field
5) see following error in terminal:
(software-center:4152): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to set text from markup
due to error parsing markup: Error on line 1: Entity did not end with
a semicolon; most likely you used an ampersand character without
intending to start an entity - escape ampersand as &
What should happen: markup is escaped and content is displayed
what happens: errors on markup and does not display correctly
Original Description:
"browse to system-config-date and note that the updates text is not
displayed and there is an error in the terminal"
