After testing this today (because there were several updates over the
last few days), adding the icon to the launcher works fine again.

Title:
12.04: Rhythmbox icon invisible after adding it to Unity launcher
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Ubuntu 12.04
An invisible Rhythmbox icon appears in the launcher after the
following:
1) Press Superkey: dash appears
2) type 'Rhythmbox'
3) Drag Rhythmbox icon to any desired location in the Launcher and release.
4) An invisible icon is added to the Launcher, the icon is clickable and does
start Rhythmbox though.
Seems strange to me.
