Fix Released

In Progress
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gimp
i know that the release for this version just happened today, and
pretty much it improves functionality of gimp a lot along with fixing
various bugs. oh and as a quick note, the dependencies changed a
bit... here's a quick list of what is not in the repositories...
GEGL http://www.gegl.org/ ( latest version, 0.0.18 )
babl http://www.gegl.org/babl/ (latest version, 0.0.22 )
and as a quick note, i'm currently testing the source version they
have to see if it works properly, with all dependencies (including
optional) met for GEGL and babl on Ubuntu 8.04.
