Empathy contact list shows no contacts
Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Empathy it's not showing the contact list but it's working. I do
receive IM from friends and I can reply, however the contact list is
blank. (Screenshot attached)
As you will in the attached screenshot the contact list is blank but a
contact is talking to me
