I believe (as far as I can tell) this is solved in Evolution 3.2.3 (Precise).

When you are trying to combine multiple inboxes into one (and the filter as you please) this syntax does not distinguish between different accounts (as in previous versions). As to be expected, it does not behave correctly and makes vfolder useless is many cases. This is a regression to evolution 2.32 (natty).
