  Need to support GPOS kerning

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix
Status in “openoffice.org” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: openoffice.org

The standard word kerning on the Ubunbu Beta version of OO.org is just
really bad. I would think this to be one of the basics that OO would
work on but maybe they know something I don't.

Just type a few sentences in the default font and you'll see what I
  mean. It is bad.

When does the Liberty Fonts start to take over? That sounds like it
was a mission of those fonts.
