Looks like it's fixed in Precise, can someone confirm this? I want to mark this as fix released. Testcase attached here shows application/pgp- encrypted, while testcases on freedesktop.org bugzilla shows application /pgp-encrypted for file.asc and application/pgp-keys for key.asc
