Title:
Libre Office monopolizes focus in Unity
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Ubuntu 12.04
Compiz version : 1:0.9.7.6-0ubuntu1
Launch any LibreOffice application. The focus is on it. Then, call nautilus:
the focus isn't on nautilus (no title nor menu bar on the top panel), and the
launcher bar shows the focus arrow on the LibreOffice icon. You may open as
many nautilus windows as you like, as long as you do it by the unity bar, the
focus is lost between nautilus and LibreOffice (no title, window control or
menu bar related to LibreOffice either, when you get to that situation, plus
you cannot display the LibreOffice window again by clicking the icon since the
bar thinks the window is already in focus: so focus seems kind of lost...)
Moreover, it appears that most of the time I close a LibreOffice window, the
window disappears, but the focus arrow stays: no window anymore, no left arrow
next to the icon, but remains the right arrow. However, this doesn't happen
every time...
