Ubuntu Software Center 5.2, Ubuntu Pangolin
1. Navigate to the screen for an application that has reviews, e.g. Guake.
2. Scroll down to the Reviews section.
What you see: The language and sort menus are opposite the text "You
need to install this before you can review it".
