Bug description:
If I active the hook in "send error reports to Canonical" and then
close the windows and later open, the hook is not set.
And I can't at the moment send any crash reports to launchpad if a
programm crashed... apport-gkt opens but if I clicked Continue then
nothing happens. Firefox does not open. Nothing happens also If I try
"ubuntu-bug /var/crash/_usr_bin_pam_fprint_enroll.1000.crash" Same
result.
