Title:
System restart causes all customized keyboard shortcuts to become
disabled or return to default settings

Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Every time I restart my system, the keyboard shortcuts that I added
during the previous session get lost, and usually set to "Disabled".
Of the three shortcuts that I have added to my keyboard shortcuts, all
three get reset to "disabled" each time I do a complete restart. The
three shortcuts are: <Super>+<H> for "hide all windows", <alt>+<F4>
for "close window" (useful in Ubuntu 2D, because alt+f4 is not a
default shortcut for closing windows in 2D), and <alt>+<tab> for
switching between windows (again, useful in 2D). I believe this is a
  bug.
