I see "Audio CD" show up for a split second, then sometimes for another split second I see the name of the CD (it has it embedded with cd-text from the manufacturer), and then finally it just disappears from the list. If I click on audio disc in the unity panel, then rhythmbox finds the cd again, but will not gather the information from it or from the internet. ------------------------- Additional information ------------------------- I performed an upgrade from my existing 11.10 installation to the 12.04 beta 1 and just today did another 'apt-get dist-upgrade'. I also had gnome-shell installed until the dist-upgrade I did today removed it, it left the gnome classic behind.
