Title: GNOME Terminal window initially opens at 80x23 Status in “gnome-terminal” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: Binary package hint: gnome-terminal In Ubuntu 11.04 beta 1, when I launch GNOME Terminal from Alt-F2, the dash, or from a pinned launcher, the initial terminal window is 80x23. Any additional terminals launched from the launcher or the GNOME Terminal menu are 80x24 as per the default setting.
