Title: applications don't provide tooltips on mouseover Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu: In Progress Bug description: OS: Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric stable Application: Ubuntu Software Centre 5.0.1.4 Some of the applications on the All Software screen of the USC have very long names, e.g. Steel Storm: Burning Retribution. These are truncated when they exceed the space provided. However, when mousing over them, no tooltip appears, meaning that the user has to click on the application to find out its entire name.
