I commented out settings in /etc/default/keyboard
#XKBVARIANT=","
#XKBOPTIONS="grp:alt_shift_toggle,grp_led:scroll"
And input new settings, which are described below:
XKBVARIANT=""
XKBOPTIONS=""
After that my system demonstrated correct behaviour in any scenario of
authorizing.

Unity loses keyboard layout settings after reboot

Bug description:
I prefer to use Ctrl+Shift keys for swithching off keyboard layouts.
But if I reboot my system, Unity always loses this setting and drop it
down to Alt + Shift. Could it be fixed in any way?
