Hovering a folded icon on the bottom of the dock causes other icons
dissapear

Bug description:
Use case:
- user has more icons in the Unity dock that there is place for, so they are
folded (I don't rememeber how it is called) at the bottom of the dock,
- user wants to check what the folded icons are - so he hovers the mouse over
it,
- suddenly only the first of the folded icons is visible - the rest
dissapeared (are now out of the screen)
Solution:
- the dock should move at least a little when unfolding the bottom icons
showing the user that it is scrollable.
