Thank you for your bug report, that's not a bug though, the dash is not
looking into other locales that yours (to avoid matching on things which
made no sense if you don't know english and that what you typed happens
to also exist in english but has a totally different meaning that the
word in your language)
The "fuzzy" matching for the HUD compared to the strict matching of the
dash is a known topic and there are bugs open about it already so
closing this one

Title:
Help system yelp should be found when searching on 'help' even if
localized
Status in “unity-lens-applications” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
When searching for help, this is not found when the help system is
localized. In Dutch, this will be 'Hulp' and only on this search term,
yelp is found. It would help is yelp could be found by multiple
translations, in this case either 'help' or the localized version
'hulp'.
I've tried this in the HUD in Nautilus. The help system is named
'Hulp' in the menu, but despite this fact, you can reach help by
entering 'help' (see screenshot).
At least this is inconsistent behaviour between HUD en Dash.
