Bug description:
Binary package hint: gwibber
Minimise gwibber, want to use it again so go to messaging menu and
click "Broadcast" to bring it back. Gwibber appears in the wrong place
(i.e. not where I left it).
Two videos attached, one [1_gwibber_restore_dual_screen.ogv] shows on
dual screen how it appears in the wrong place (apologies for size of
video), second [2_gwibber_restore_single_screen.ogv] shows single
screen (by switching off one screen in the nvidia x config tool) and
gwibber re-appears on a non-existent screen.
