Title:
  Install button is inactive

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Install button is always inactive in my Software Center.
It is inactive from the start, and both in software lists and in Info page
for a particular program.

Doesn't look line Bug #554646 because there Install button *becomes* inactive
after clicking on it.
For me, it is inactive from the very start.

Can it be related to Bug #856504 ?

And I'm afraid even to think that my prediction from Bug #779654 is correct.
  Tell me I'm wrong, please!
