Title:
changing default apps doesn't work
Status in One Hundred Paper Cuts:
Confirmed
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
When I double clicked an mp3/wave file, I wanted it to open in another
program other than Banshee
So I changed the default app in
system settings > system info > Default applications > Music
to Movie player.
Even though it is selected there, after a restart, the files still open in
Banshee.
I eventually deleted Banshee, and it just opened in the next program on the
list. - not Movie player.
Doesn't matter what I change it to, it still doesn't work.
