I'm pretty sure this is a duplicate of bug #982567 where the proxy
handling does not work as expected. It should be fixed in 5.2.2 that is
currently in precise-proposed.

Software Center does not use proxy setting correctly, so reviews don't load
after update to 5.2

Software Center contains no paid apps

Bug description:
The software-center ist not showing any paid apps. The banner works. For
example, "lords of ultima" shows up in the banner, however if I click on it, I
get the messaage (german):
"Nicht gefunden"
"Es gibt kein Software-Paket mit dem Namen »lordofultima« in Ihren
derzeitigen Software-Quellen."
I tried to delete my ~/.cache/software-center and /~.config/software-
center directories. But nothing changed.
If i use the terminal to start the software-center as root-user, the
paid apps are shown (sudo software-center).
